CoolSculpting is an FDA-cleared, non-surgical treatment that targets stubborn fat with controlled cooling — a technology called cryolipolysis. During treatment, an applicator is placed on the area of concern — the abdomen, flanks, thighs, chin, or other treatable areas — and gently cools the fat beneath the skin. Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than surrounding tissue, so they're crystallized and naturally eliminated by the body over the following weeks and months, while the skin and surrounding structures are unharmed. There's no surgery, no anesthesia, and no needles.

Results appear gradually: you'll typically start to see changes within a few weeks, with full results around 2–3 months as the body clears the treated fat cells.
